After entering the gate, King of Giants(LEGIA) asked Hunter Sung Jin Woo to release his chains and at some moment he said that MC was not powerful enought to defeat the rulers or Sovereign...

Well this makes me really surprise, How much powerful the Original monarch was? and King of Gaint's is also much more powerful compared MC this can be concluded by the way he talks to MC.
Faith of OATH > This will be really useful for the MC to get all the information that King of Gaint(LEGIA) has and it cannot be terminated until both the parties are ready for it.

Coming to next Chapter 138 Possibilities:
Possibilities - TBH, I feel that the MC would definitely release the King of Giants(LEGIA) from the chains after asking all the Answers of the question he has (chapter 138 ill really be flawless and epic one) > The main motive why the fight began between Sovereign and Rulers in first place.
Apart from this there is also a chance that the king of giant will attack the MC as at a point he said "Sovereign as well as the Rulers will come after MC".
